Chapter 1 - Discoveries  
Well, it seems I've finally gotten this thing to work. I'm sure if Ethan were around, he would have figured this out long ago. From what I can gather... I can talk to other people here with this, right?

It's still really strange. I've only been here a day, and already I've heard almost as many weird things as I heard last year when I traveled with everyone.

At least here no one has tried to kill me yet.

That... doesn't happen here often, ne? If someone is going to leap out from behind a door with a knife, I'm going to want to know about it and stay in my room

Well, honestly, I am a little. It's sort of hard to think about dying as anything less than permanent, ne? This makes me want to find out how something like that's possible.

How many other places like this have you been to, if you don't mind me asking?

If you aren't, then I'd hate to know how strange things got in your world.

It's hard at first, but I've been through it enough to see it be abused. I've seen it go from something meaningless, to something permanent again.

They were pretty weird by the time everything was said and done. A scrap of paper could screw with out entire world. It was kind of bad...

Ahahaha.... I guess we all better make sure we don't die, then? I wouldn't want to chance it being permanent.

How did you get out of there? Or did you just go from there to here like the rest of us did?

That story sounds familiar.

Who knows how things are here, it could be permanent regardless of how you die.

I was sent back to my world. The place was run by ghosts, and I guess they were bored with me and sent me back. I was probably replaced there...

I ended up here right before I was shot to death in my own world. I probably got off lucky with only half a dozen bullet wounds compared to the possible two dozen that were shot at me.

The first two months here were hell because of that.

Ghosts? Ahaha.... that sounds a bit scary.

Ah! Why would someone shoot at you, if you don't mind me asking? Bullet wounds are nothing to take lightly... I've been shot at a few times, but nothing like that.
